  • IZZY

    Izzy is one of our awesome Occupational Therapists originally from Scotland, who joined us in August 2022. Before moving to Australia, Izzy accumulated valuable experience in both community and hospital settings, working with a diverse range of clients.

    She has discovered her true calling in paediatrics, thriving in the fun, dynamic, and rewarding nature of the work. Izzy's passion for her role within the team is evident in her dedication and enthusiasm.

    Izzy has completed a number of courses to keep up to date with her training and education to support her clients. Izzy has recently obtained his Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration (CASI)

    Outside of work, Izzy enjoys spending time at the beach, keeping fit at the gym, and catching up with friends over coffee.

  • AIMEE

    Aimee is one of our incredible Occupational Therapists. She became a part of the Super Groms team in November 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience gained from a diverse background. Before joining us, Aimee spent her second summer as a Camp Counselor in the USA.

    She has also contributed her skills in schools, preschools, a multidisciplinary clinic, and as a support worker. Coming from a gymnastics background, Aimee continues to coach gymnastics whenever the opportunity arises.

    Aimee has completed a number of courses to keep up to date with her training and education to support her clients. Aimee is currently completing Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration (CASI).

    In her spare time, Aimee enjoys bushwalking, traveling, and hanging with friends.

  • MADDIE

    Maddie is one of our amazing Occupational Therapy Assistants. She joined Super Groms Therapies in March 2023 and has quickly become an integral part of our team. Maddie is dedicated to her role and is enthusiastic about building strong relationships with the children and their families.

    She has built her experience in the field since completing her schooling in 2017, working as a support worker. During this period, she has assisted both children and adults with disabilities in a variety of settings.

    When not at work, Maddie enjoys spending time with her friends, family and being outdoors.

  • MONIQUE

    Monique graduated from Western Sydney University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Occupational Therapy. Monique has over 8 years of experience working with paediatric clients with a range of diagnoses. Monique has worked in both clinical and school settings, delivering individual therapy, small withdrawal group sessions, and whole-class programs within mainstream classrooms. Monique enjoys encouraging, supporting, and empowering children to reach their full potential across all environments. She uses a play-based approach in therapy sessions, incorporating each child’s interests to increase their engagement and participation. Since graduating from university, Monique has continued to develop her clinical knowledge and skills by completing various professional development courses. Outside of work, Monique enjoys being out and about with her family and friends and is kept busy by her little boy!

  • KIERA

    Kiera is one of our passionate Occupational Therapists and a valued member of the Super Groms team. She joined Super Groms in 2024 as a Support Worker and Occupational Therapy Assistant before graduating from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2025. Kiera now provides both clinic-based and school-based occupational therapy services, supporting children to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

    Prior to becoming an Occupational Therapist, Kiera worked as a swimming instructor for over seven years and holds a Swim Australia Teacher Certificate. Combining her extensive experience in swim teaching with her occupational therapy knowledge, Kiera delivers tailored swimming lessons that support children's confidence, skill development, and participation in the water. She is passionate about creating inclusive swimming opportunities for all children and has completed the Autism Swim Certificate to further enhance her ability to support neurodivergent swimmers.

    Kiera is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly undertakes additional training and education to ensure she is providing evidence-based and family-centred support to her clients.

    In her spare time, Kiera enjoys running, traveling, and hanging with friends and family. 

  • JACOB

    Jacob is one of our enthusiastic Occupational Therapists who joined the team as a new graduate after completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University in 2025. From the beginning of his studies, Jacob knew he wanted to work in paediatrics and is thrilled to be doing exactly that by supporting children and families through both clinic-based therapy and our Surf Therapy Group.

    Jacob is passionate about empowering children to grow in confidence, develop meaningful skills, and reach their full potential. He enjoys creating fun and engaging therapy sessions that encourage children to step outside their comfort zones, overcome challenges, and celebrate their achievements along the way.

    Jacob has recently completed the Astronaut Training Program, further enhancing his ability to support children with sensory processing and regulation needs

    Outside of work, Jacob enjoys staying active through running, tennis, soccer, and pickleball, and proudly supports the South Sydney Rabbitohs. He also enjoys trying new foods and exploring different restaurants

  • TIANA

    Tiana is one of our Occupational Therapists who first joined the Super Groms team in August 2023 as a support worker. Since then, she has progressed into an Occupational Therapy Assistant role before recently stepping into her position as a qualified Occupational Therapist.

    Having worked across a variety of roles within the Super Groms team, Tiana has developed a strong passion for paediatrics and values creating calm, supportive therapy environments while incorporating each child’s unique interests into therapy.

    Tiana is committed to completing a number of courses to keep up to date with her training and education to support her clients. She has obtained her Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration (CASI).

    Outside of work, Tiana enjoys spending time in the sun, seeing friends, and keeping busy with creative activities like drawing and painting.

  • CHLOE

    CHLOE

    Chloe is a vibrant and friendly paediatric Occupational Therapist who completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University in 2025. She brings curiosity, warmth, and a strong relational focus to her work with children and families.

    She is passionate about supporting children and families to build independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

    Chloe takes a holistic approach to therapy, exploring the strengths, relationships, routines, emotions, and sensory experiences that shape how each participant navigates their world. She collaborates closely with families to create practical and meaningful therapy plans that feel achievable and aligned with each child’s goals.

    Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time at the beach, staying active, and connecting with friends and family.
