CLINIC THERAPY

Super Groms Therapies is a Paediatric Clinic in Sydney’s Southern suburbs in Caringbah. We are a small group of Occupational Therapists plus an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Our Occupational Therapy sessions aim to give our children a safe and accepting space to be themselves.

Our clinic is home to a number of fully equipped sensory based rooms. Sessions primarily partake in the clinic, however we do work in partnership with the child’s school or preschool. Our Occupational Therapy Assistant can see your child at home or at preschool or school.

Occupational Therapy can help an individual regain independence in all areas of a child's life. Occupational therapists help with barriers that affect a child's emotional, social, and physical needs. Our focus at Super Groms Therapies is to identify the sensory, social and emotional difficulties that your child faces.

Opportunities to play, experiment, challenge and engage with the therapist involving their parents are practiced.

We teach parents how to support their child's regulation, giving them the ability to reciprocate this in the child's everyday environments.

A referral is not needed to access our service. However, you can gain a Medicare referral from your GP or Paediatrician which will entitle you to some rebates. If you are accessing our services through NDIS or Private Health a referral is not required.
NDIS
We are currently able to accept clients who are self-managed and plan-managed clients. We are not registered providers so we cannot accept NDIA managed clients.
Medicare
Super Groms Therapies can accept Medicare referrals under the Enhanced Primary Care Plan, Helping Children with Autism & Focussed Psychological Strategies. All services are payable on the day and you will receive a receipt that can be easily claimed through your Medicare app, with funds reimbursed directly to you.
Private Health
Super Groms Therapies is registered with all of the major health funds. Please contact your health fund provider to see if you are covered for Occupational Therapy. All services are payable on the day and you will receive a receipt that can be easily claimed through your Private Health app, with funds reimbursed directly to you.
